D-Von Dudley has left WWE

WWE Hall of Fame star D-Von Dudley sent out the following tweets a short while ago announcing his departure from WWE:

“I would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years and been in my corner. It’s been an amazing 32 year run with 20 of those years that you and Bubba have been spending to entertain you, and I’m sure somewhere down the road we’ll do it again.” .

“The company (wwe) and I have decided to separate, and I feel it is the best decision for all parties. It has been a pleasure and an honor to work with the young talent when he was Baba and so has everyone in NXT. In addition to working with some of the best producers in the world.”

“I would like to thank Mike Vince, Paul (His Highness), Stephanie, and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the opportunity. I am so excited to see where God gets me next, bro…….TESTIMONY!!!!”

After taking a leave of absence due to health concerns, Dudley returned to WWE to take a backstage role with NXT in June 2022. Just last month, it was reported that WWE had pulled D-Von from appearing at an ECW tribute show at ECW’s former arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Triple H apparently told D-Von that he would be fired if he accepted the reservation.

Almost a month later, D-Von Dudley left WWE.

How long do you think it will be until D-Von is back in Impact Wrestling to set up a table for Bully Ray, the Cagesiders?
