In this podcast, I interview Emily, who read my book Thinner Leaner Stronger and participated in my one-on-one teaching program to take his health into his own hands, lose 25 pounds, and become fitter and stronger than ever.

Before she found my job, she was 175 pounds and felt skinny fat. He didn’t feel like he knew what he was doing, especially when it came to nutrition, and was spinning his wheels. As a result, she decided to invest in herself, join my coaching program, and now she has transformed herself into a lean, strong, and confident person. After 3 months of cutting, he lost 25 pounds, 10% body fat, and now maintains about 160 pounds with a completely overhauled body composition.

And the best part is that he realizes that once he has knowledge, he has the power to make a change. Despite dealing with unhealthy eating in the past, she learned exactly what it takes to lose weight without feeling hungry, repaired her relationship with food, and gained the confidence to know that he gets command results.
