Impact Wrestling remained at Center Stage in Atlanta after Friday, January 13th Hard to kill PPV and recording of some upcoming episodes of TV.

Headlining was the return of five-time Knockouts Champion Tara (aka two-time WWE Women’s Champion, real name Lisa Marie Varon).

The 51-year-old mingled in the tag title scene — which makes sense since she also held Knockouts Tag belts. Tara left Impact back when she was still TNA in 2013. She has worked the independent scene on and off over the years. And he returned to WWE to work the 2021 Royal Rumble match.

Authority Director Santino Marella appeared with former WCW commissioner Ernest “The Cat” Miller. They booked a three-way match.

Mickie James, Frankie Kazarian, and Jordyn Grace Defeated Bully Ray, Tasha Steelz, and Savannah Evans. Ray left mid-match. Masha Salamovic came out with the champion next.

Killer Kelly def. Taylor Wilde by Submission

Steve McClain def. Dirty Dango

Tree Miguel def. “Work” Mike Jackson. Crazzy Steve showed up doing weird things at Miguel’s general direction, then Black Taurus showed up and chased after Trey.

Kushida and Kevin Knight defeated The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skylar)

Death Dolls (Taya and Jessica) def. Giselle Shaw and Tara to retain the Knockouts Tag Titles. Tara turns on Giselle after Shaw disdains her in some way, hitting her with Widow’s Peak to set up the finale.

Bullet Club (Ace Austin and Chris Bay) def. Key players (Brian Myers and Matt Cardona)

• Matt Cardona challenged Joe Hendry for the Digital Media Championship, and Hendry came out to accept and release his new single and video for “Dancing Cardona”. In it, the former Zack Ryder is referred to as “Edge’s bitch” and someone wearing a Cardona mask plays with action figures.

Jonathan Grisham def. Sheldon Jane

Rich Swan def. Callihan, Moose, Chris Sabin, Eddie Edwards & Rhino in an elimination match to become the #1 contender for the world title. Eliminations: (1) Rhino by Callihan, (2) Edwards by Sabin after a distraction from PCO, (3) Sabin by Moose, (4) Moose by Swann, (5) Swann pins Callihan.

• The Design attacked Swann after the match, but Josh Alexander, Kazarian and Uemura escaped.
