The first match of the evening featured on January 23, 2023 on a special episode of RAW XXX in which The Usos retained the Raw tag team titles when Sami Zayn stepped up in place of an injured Jimmy. The final match of the evening saw Austin Theory put the United States Championship on the line against Bobby Lashley in a No Disqualification match.
Maybe the address changed there?

It wasn’t because of anything the theory did. No, it was because Brock Lesnar came back and took down Lashley with an F-5. Theory then hit an F-5 over Lashley, which resulted in the referee counting the pinfall.

The theory retains the title, Lashley loses due to Lesnar again, and the Royal Rumble in a few days. They were running out on time, so the show fizzled out before any announcements were made regarding Lesnar’s participation in this show, but it’s reasonable to expect that he’ll be there in some capacity, either for a Rumble match or something with Lashley.
