Speculating on rumors surrounding professional wrestling is a favorite pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors sparked by the professional wrestling rumor mill.

Rumors of the day:

  • Not everyone was prepared for the “horror” of Brock Lesnar after his Royal Rumble elimination, at combat selection. Some in the ring didn’t know Lesnar would throw things at them, but “He’s Brock, so expect anything and everything.”
  • There is some tension for Lesnar to throw referee Eddie Orengo over the barricade, which was also unplanned.
