Initially, WWE promoted the 30th Anniversary Ring raw Promise “every generation of bloodline”. The company didn’t list any names, but the assembled members of the Samoan dynasty were on hand to attend an “appreciation ceremony” for the undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

The segment on Raw XXX morphed into “The Trial of Sami Zayn,” and (outside of its effect on the rest of the card) nobody complained about what we got. A member of the Reigns family tree, Samu Anoa’i, did some press before the show saying that he and his old Headshrinkers tag partner Rikishi would be there, though. So when Samu was a guest Wrestling journey between two people Podcast Recently, he confirmed reports of the concert being canceled due to health and travel issues:

“I was supposed to be Rikishi, me, my father [Wild Samoan Afa]And my uncle [Wild Samoan Sika] For example but not limited to. My father couldn’t fly at that time and Rikishi had pneumonia at the time, so everything was put on the back burner.”

Samu took the time to express his appreciation for his cousin during the interview, and in a much more thoughtful and meaningful way he could have shown it on TV:

“naturally [Roman is ‘The Head of The Table.’]. Listen, I brought these people [fans] To be able to pay attention, and return it. I mean, not that it got boring or anything, just that sometimes wrestling does that. They just flatline for a while and then come back all the time.

“Wrestling just does that. It will die and something else will appear. Something new will last for five minutes and disappear. Nothing has really changed in the landscape or the look. So, it’s quite clear you know, the ratings and everything like that, that Joe [Anoa’i, Roman’s real name]He’s doing it, it’s exceptional, great job. I’m glad he has so much creative control.”
