With Charlotte Flair already scheduled to defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39 Against Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley, WWE booked an Elimination Chamber match to determine who would challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship. Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Nikki Cross, and Liv Morgan all gained entry by being the final four eliminated in the Rumble.

The other two must earn a place by winning a qualifying match.

The first of those matches came during this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, with Natalia, Chyna Baszler, Shotzi, and Zelina Vega squared off in a killer 4-way. While everyone seemed capable at one point or another, it was Natalia who slapped the sharpshooter on Vega and scored the tap.

She joined the Elimination Chamber match scheduled for Saturday, February 18, 2023, at the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
