Spoilers for the Jay Briscoe tribute show

After last night’s (January 18) AEW dynamite And frenzy Taping wrapped at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California, and Tony Khan and his crew were filming a tribute show dedicated to ROH superstar Jay Briscoe, who was tragically killed in a car crash on Tuesday.

The tribute show featured seven matches. Here are the results, courtesy of spoilers from F4Wonline And Observer Wrestling Radio:

  • Wheeler Uta retained the ROH Pure Championship by defeating Hagane Shino. The referees for the match were Dean Malenko, Jerry Lynn and BJ Whitmer.
  • Marina Shafir defeated Mighty Mira with a submission hold.
  • Eddie Kingston defeated QT Marshall.
  • ROH Women’s Champion Athena defeated Madison Rayne. After the match, Athena used the belt as a weapon to attack Skye Blue.
  • Yuka Sakazaki defeated Sandra Moon in a match.
  • Juice Robinson got the win over Brandon Cutler.
  • Claudio Castagnoli successfully defended the ROH World Championship by defeating Chris Daniels in the main event. Claudio won using Jay Driller.

In addition to these seven matches, there was a long interview with Adam Cole in which he talked about the Briscoes. It’s also worth noting that Ian Riccaponi and Caprice Coleman were on hand at the event.

Khan noted that the presentation will include additional content when it makes its way to the Honor Club and ROH’s YouTube channel:
