The former NXT wrestler will appear on Impact with a different name and new look

As much as fans would love to be strong supporters of different companies in the wrestling wars, it’s good that there are options for talent to carve out their craft. This is evident in this next instance with the former NXT wrestler getting another shot on TV at Impact.

Impact aired an introduction video by Steve DeLander. It will debut next week Impact wrestling.

De Lander is better known to NXT viewers as Persia Pirotta. Pirotta arrived as friends with Indi Hartwell in the wedding storyline to Dexter Lumis. They competed in the tag team scene but were unable to win the gold medal. Pirotta was released after almost a year on the NXT roster.

Steph De Lander is a slightly varied version of her actual name, Stephanie De Lander. The Australian has a height of 5 feet 11 inches and claims to weigh in at 187 lbs. Her power is on full display in this NXT handicap match when she performs a Samoan double takedown.

Just by looking at this clip, De Lander’s new look on Impact is quite noticeable with a change in hair style and the pierced jewelry on her face.

De Lander did not get any benefits from Impact in her debut. They drop it in the deep end of the pool against Jordynne Grace. The two-time Knockouts champion has her title in her pocket once again. Meanwhile, Grace decides to be de Lander’s welcoming committee to the ring for next week’s match.

How high do you think Steve D. Lander can climb in the area of influence?
