The Prime Time Muscle Crew Destroys Missy Truscott’s Fitness Olympia Victory

Missy Truscott is a two-time winner of the Fitness Olympia. Truscott won his second championship at the 2022 Olympia in Las Vegas, Nevada last December. Prime Time Muscle hosts Tim WIlkins, Terrick El Guindy, and Chris Cormier took the time to break down why Truscott won his second Olympia title on a recent episode of PTM.

After Cormier apologized for incorrectly predicting that Truscott would lose, the hosts shared footage of Truscott’s performance and shared their insights into why he won the competition.

“His body is unmatched,” said El Guindy, who is one of the Olympia judges. He also spoke positively about his performance in the regular round.

“He didn’t miss a single shift,” he said. That’s important for the champion because the regular round counts for two-thirds of the total score. “He had high energy from start to finish.”

Cormier noticed something else about Truscott’s performance that night. He came out in a shark costume, and he kept the mask on throughout his routine.

“He also stayed in character. I love that he stays in character the whole time he’s there.

The guys also spent time talking about that night’s runner-up, Jaclyn Baker. Baker’s second-place finish was her highest score at the Olympia to date. El Guindy noted how he stood out from the other contenders.

“His posing routine is different from Missy,” he shared. “He’s emotional, he’s got everything.” El Guindy also noted that Baker missed a transition during his routine, which could be the difference between first and second place in a show like the Olympia.

“That’s the strength of Missy Truscott. He never misses a transition.”
