The Rampage ratings rose slightly with the women’s title main event

Jan 27th frenzy She had a few things going for her. Former AEW World Champion Hangman Page led the way. The staircase dime was Jeff Jarrett on the show with New York timesProf Danhausen. It was AEW’s first programming since the late Jay Briscoe’s very well-received Wednesday, and it aired when a lot of wrestling fans were excited for a big weekend.

But what I remember about it was the absolute thunderbolt (sorry Taz) played by Jimmy Hayter and Emi Sakura in the main event, so I chose to give credit to the AEW Women’s Champion. If you’ve watched any AEW show over the past few months, you know that Jamie is one of the hottest acts in the company – so while the roughly 7.5% increase in pilot ratings last Friday isn’t all because of Hayter, I’ll give it a go. some credit.

Not all news was good either. Whereas .14 among people ages 18 to 49 is an improvement. The total audience number dropped to 458,000. This is slightly down from the previous Friday, but it is the lowest viewership of the year for AEW and TNT.

We’ll see if Friday’s main events are stronger than Hayter’s. In the meantime, here’s a look at frenzyViewership and beta rating over the past 10 months:
