This is the most important match in Sami Zayn’s career

SmackDown Broadcasting tonight (January 13th) with a live performance from the Resch Center in Green Bay, WI. This is the seventh SmackDown Episode over nine weeks building approx Royal Rumblewhich will take place on January 28.

This is the most important match in Sami Zayn’s career

Sami Zayn goes with Kevin Owens tonight. Despite all of their fights in the past, WWE commentators claim this match to be the most important match of Zayn’s career.

why is that? That’s because Zayn’s place in The Bloodline may be hanging in the balance. Sami was pinned by KO two weeks ago in a tag team match that technically set a losing record WWE Universal Championship Roman times. It didn’t sit well at all with Clan Chief, who took off on Uce feats last week and put 100% of the blame for the loss on Sammy’s shoulders. Later in the show, Roman used a nonsense apology to manipulate Sami into getting into the ring with Owens for the night.

Reigns must defend the title against Owens later this month Royal Rumble, so he hopes the helpful idiot Zane will do his dirty work early on and take a KO. But if Sammy fails again, he becomes less useful to Roman, and that’s when he’s in danger of being beaten.

The rest of the title scene

Intercontinental hero GUNTHER puts his gold on the line tonight against Braun Strowman at Clash of the Titans. This is GUNTHER’s biggest test yet, so he might want to make sure his followers in the Imperium have a solid plan to intervene on his behalf.

SmackDown Women’s champion Charlotte Flair is the most beloved fighting champion of the moment. Ronda Rousey wasn’t in the building last week, so Flair took her time to defeat Sonya Deville in an open challenge. I would bet on Rossi coming back tonight, maybe to set up a rematch Royal Rumble.

Usos must defend WWE tag team titles against the Day of Judgment on a date to be determined. Will Dominic Mysterio and the rest of his crew smash the blue brand looking to strike first?

Bailey W WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions IYO SKY and Dakota Kai are engaged with Becky Lynch raw Recently and did not appear SmackDown.

Other things to watch

– After failing to take down The Usos last week, Drew McIntyre and Sheamus are ambushed by the Viking Raiders. Creative didn’t have much for Erik & Ivar before this angle, so now they can put more than two of their best kids’ faces on Friday nights.

– Bray Wyatt and LA Knight will resolve their issues in a Pitch Black match (Courtesy of Mountain Dew) at Royal Rumble. Wyatt wasn’t around for the past week and we’ve learned nothing about what the Pitch Black match entails. Perhaps Los Angeles will force the case for some answers tonight.

Lacey Evans was supposed to be back on TV two weeks ago, but instead we’re back to getting more hype videos of her new stunt. This seems like a never ending cycle with her.

– With Madcap Moss out with his hair out after last week’s mixed tag team match, Karrion Kross is now ready to move on and do really bad things to Rey Mysterio.

– Given that Braun Strowman is busy tonight, does that mean Ricochet won’t have backup if Hit Row tries to take him out?

Xia Li and Tegan Nox struggle to receive the necessary TV time to support the feud.

– After losing to Santos Escobar last week, will Kofi Kingston look for redemption against another Legado del Fantasma member tonight?

– Liv Morgan was smart enough to realize WWE didn’t have enough TV time to run 60 different Royal Rumble qualifying matches, so she simply announced her entry into the match. Several more superstars should follow by the end of tonight’s broadcast. Go ahead and call the shot, mån.sôör.
