I’m not sure anyone in pro wrestling is as passionate about this business as Mustafa Ali, who has struggled for years to overcome stereotypes and often intimidating booking to climb the ladder in WWE as high as he can. He’s a great wrestler too, but he’s more than that.
He is an idea man.
We know this because he recently shared a story of a personal idea he had that immediately made me cringe that we didn’t get to see it come to life:

I’m not sure how that happens on a week-by-week basis, but you can see the potential in the character right away. He’d be a great heel-eating bullshit that fans would love to hate (but still love because he’d do well).
There’s also clear room for a character like this to grow into something more. The ultimate role was money.
