WWE’s dream of sending Tony Khan to the championship is dead

We’ve been closely following the Jacksonville Jaguars and their journey through the NFL Playoffs for a few weeks now, just because we’ve wanted to see if they can mess around and win the Super Bowl. This only works for us because AEW owner Tony Khan is also the owner of the Jaguars and that means it’s possible that WWE, who made an imitation of it, could send a championship that could make its way through his hands. Victory parade.

That dream is now dead.

In fact, the Jaguars traveled to Kansas City for a divisional round game against the Chiefs earlier today (Saturday, January 21, 2023) and while they had their chances they never got to capitalize, they ultimately fell by a score of 27-20. They were eliminated from the playoffs.

There will be no victory parade. WWE will not send a championship.

Having said that, Jacksonville is building a winning team, with franchise quarterback in Trevor Lawrence and a head coach who has proven he can take a team away. There is every reason to believe that they will be in competition for years to come.

So maybe the dream is dead just now.
